Hartley 1A has 2,227 square feet, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. There’s a covered patio off the living room. Hartley 1B offers 2,260 square feet, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The arched front porch leads to a foyer and an open floor plan. Hartley 1C has 2,241 square feet, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. All bedrooms have a walk-in closet.

The Barnsley model has three floor plans, beginning with Barnsley 1A. There are 2,080 square feet, three bedrooms and two bathrooms in this model, and the kitchen has an island and a walk-in pantry. Barnsley 1B has 2,127 square feet, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large front porch leading into a formal foyer with high ceilings. Barnsley 1C is a 2,080 square-foot home with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open floor plan with lots of windows and sunlight.

The Benjamin 1A model has 1,975 square feet, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Benjamin 1B has 2,019 square feet and also offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both floor plans have a formal dining area and a primary suite in the back of the house for maximum privacy.

The Berkshire model has three floor plans. Berkshire 1B has 2,324 square feet, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large covered patio off the living room, and a separate dining area. Berkshire 1C has 2,263 square feet, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a primary suite with an oversized walk-in closet for extra storage. Berkshire 1D has 2,407 square feet, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and high ceilings throughout.

The Channing model has three floor plans, starting with Channing 1B, which offers 2,537 square feet, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The large, open floor plan includes a gourmet kitchen and there’s also flex space incorporated. Channing 1C is a 2,491 square-foot floor plan, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a flex room, and lots of closet space. Channing 1D has 2,537 square feet, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. There’s a covered patio off the living room, lots of walk-in closets, and plenty of storage.

Two floor plans make up the Lakewood model. Lakewood 1A has 2,226 square feet, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The front porch leads to a formal foyer and a long hallway into the open living area. Lakewood 1B has 2,269 square feet, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The kitchen island can accommodate seating and there’s a walk-in pantry.

The Simpson model is the largest, with three four-bedroom, two-story floor plans. Simpson 1A has 2,786 square feet, four bedrooms, and three bathrooms. The upper level includes a den and two bedrooms. Simpson 1B has 2,885 square feet, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large den on the upper level, and walk-in closets in each bedroom. Simpson 1C offers 2,890 square feet, four bedrooms, and three bathrooms. A large covered patio is off the dining room and upstairs features a den and extra bedrooms with an optional extra bathroom.
