About Vistoso Village

Vistoso Village in Tucson, Arizona is a quaint duplex home community within the master-planned community of Rancho Visto and adjacent to Sun City Vistoso. This 55+ community is comprised of 271 single-level attached homes and a community clubhouse. The community is the perfect oasis for active adults who want 55+ living in a smaller, maintenance-free community.

Vistoso Village Amenities

Residents of this community have access to a clubhouse featuring a fitness room, two outdoor pools and spa, library, billiards room, media room, multi-purpose room, and hobby and game room. Plus, a variety of clubs, activities and events make for a vibrant and active lifestyle.

Vistoso Village Homes & Real Estate

There are five floor plans to choose from at Vistoso Village. The community sold out of new construction in 2005 but there are a variety of resale homes available. All homes feature at least two bedrooms and two-car garages. Prices are very reasonable compared to other communities in the area. Depending on market conditions, a variety of homes with varying degrees of options are available including granite countertops, tile floors, fireplaces and magnificent views of the Catalina Mountains.

Vistoso Village Lifestyle

There are plenty of activities available in the community. Residents continually plan fun neighborhood events and activities. There are also numerous clubs and interest groups that meet regularly to participate in everything from cards and games to book discussions, hobby groups and more.

Area

Unlike some of the larger nearby communities, this 55+ community retains a quiet peacefulness and fewer crowds. For those who seek a fully amenitized and very active lifestyle, Vistoso Village might not be the answer. However, the residents relish the unique intimacy found here that is more elusive in the larger communities dotting the area north of Tucson. Vistoso Village is located in Oro Valley, which is 20 minutes north of Tucson. It is immediately adjacent to the much larger Sun City Vistoso. Although the communities are next to each other, they are completely independent and Vistoso Village maintains its own clubhouse and association.
