Active adults on the East Coast will enjoy Four Seasons at South Knolls’ suburban location in the city of Jackson. Convenient access to Interstate 95 and other major highways make it easy to explore the surrounding area, including nearby Tom’s River. When it comes to day trips, the community is just 30 minutes west of the beautiful Jersey Shore and an hour northeast of Philadelphia. Residences

Single-family homes within Four Seasons at South Knolls are designed by K. Hovnanian to specifically appeal to the desires of active adult homebuyers. They have spacious interiors, designer kitchens, large master bedroom suites and plenty of closet space. Construction of these homes began in 2003, with plans for a total of 883 residences. Homebuyers can choose from either new construction or resale homes.

Homes also boast many upscale design features, such as formal entryways, nine-foot ceilings, extra tall windows, decorative light fixtures, windows, patio doors with low-E glass, and energy-efficient heating and cooling systems.

Amenities

Four Seasons at South Knolls’ 24,000 square-foot clubhouse features a number of amenities which help bring residents together. Social areas are available for planned community events, special-interest club meetings and informal gatherings. The glass-enclosed patio, with a cozy fireplace, is a particularly inviting space for neighbors to mingle, while card and billiards rooms encourage friendly competition.
