Hilton Head Lakes is the only community of its kind in Hardeeville offering lakefront living and boat access.

Nestled in beautiful Hardeeville, South Carolina, Hilton Head Lakes is an open-age community which features over 450 acres of nature preserves and a 155-acre navigable lake. The community also includes amenities often found in resort-style active adult developments, such as a spacious clubhouse, an 18-hole golf course, a fitness center, a swimming pool and outdoor sports courts.

Opened in 2008, Hilton Head Lakes offers single-family homes designed by multiple builders. The community is still under development, which means current homebuyers can choose from available resale or new construction homes. Upon completion, the community is expected to contain approximately 1,800 homes in a wide range of styles and sizes.

As a centerpiece of the community, The Golf Club at Hilton Head Lakes features an 18-hole, par-72 course designed by Tommy Fazio. This impressive course highlights the community’s natural beauty while spanning 7,300 yards from its longest tees. The club also provides ample practice facilities including multiple practice greens, bunkers, target greens and a par-3 short course.

Beyond golf, The Lake Club is a 14,000 square-foot clubhouse which houses many desirable amenities. Social areas bring residents together through meeting rooms, a catering kitchen and a game room. Residents can also stay in shape at the fully equipped, state-of-the-art fitness center, swim in the outdoor pools or enjoy some friendly competition with basketball courts and lighted tennis courts. The community’s 155-acre lake also features a boat ramp and day docks.
