The grand opening of Valencia Sound in Boynton Beach, Florida was held on April 6, and it attracted a lot of attention from local and out-of-state buyers. This 55+ community is designed for active adults looking for Boynton Beach real estate that meets their unique needs and desires.

Tours of model homes were available as well as opportunities to buy at pre-construction pricing.

Valencia Sound and GL Homes

Constructed by GL Homes, one of the largest homebuilders in Florida, Valencia Sound joins a growing number of 55+ communities in Boynton Beach on Florida’s southeast coast. The builder plans 412 single-family homes in this community, ranging in price from the high $400s to the low $800s. These luxury homes are elegant, spacious, and perfectly located for residents who want a Florida retirement complete with sun, surf, golf, and an array of indoor and outdoor activities.

Valencia Sound Model Homes

With the opening of Valencia Sound, potential buyers can now take a look at the models available and choose one that fits their lifestyle and budget. There’s an opportunity to customize finishes and colors, as well. Impact-resistant doors and windows will be advantageous during hurricane season, and buyers will appreciate finer details such as stainless steel appliances and designer tile.

The Regency Collection features four floor plans ranging from 1,582 to 1,772 square feet. The homes have two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and a two-car garage. Most of the models also have a den. Third bedrooms and screened porches are optional.

The Signature Collection offers two- and three-bedroom homes with dens and two-car garages. The Cabernet floor plan comes with room in the garage for a third car. These homes are between 2,167 and 2,395 square feet and feature details like huge windows and modern exterior lighting.

Homes in The Vintage Collection are large and designed for privacy, with huge master suites and open floor plans. There are two or three bedrooms plus dens in these models, and at least two-and-a-half bathrooms. Garages fit two or three cars and most models have family rooms, dedicated dining rooms, and covered outdoor space. The smallest floor plan is 2,625 square feet and the largest floor plan has 2,823 square feet.

The Crown Collection features the largest and most luxurious homes, ranging from 3,091 to 3,510 square feet. Properties have three or four bedrooms, three-and-a-half to four-and-a-half bathrooms, and three-car garages. Club rooms, game rooms, and covered patios come standard. These homes are designed for entertaining and hosting out-of-town guests.

Proposed Amenities at Valencia Sound

More than nine acres are dedicated to amenity space in Valencia Sound, starting with the 39,000 square-foot clubhouse. Residents can anticipate a restaurant and lounge, as well as a social hall, demonstration kitchen, and several multi-purpose rooms that will host club meetings and social activities. The fitness center will include locker rooms, an exercise studio, and a massage room.

There will be a private pool and a pool bar, as well as pickleball courts and tennis courts. Residents can even enjoy a pro shop that stocks everything they need to hit the courts, whether it’s pickleball racquets or tennis clothing. The landscaping will include walking and biking paths as well as monuments at the entrance and fountains throughout the neighborhoods.

Great medical care is available in under 10 minutes. Bethesda Hospital West is less than five miles away, and Delray Medical Center with its award-winning trauma center is seven miles away.

Beaches, parks, and piers are easy to find, and golfers will enjoy being so close to championship courses like Indian Spring Country Club and Westchester Country Club.

Boynton Beach isn’t just shoreline and golf courses. It’s also known for its culture and its parks. Green Cay Nature Center & Wetlands is just six miles from Valencia Sound and offers opportunities for hiking, wildlife viewing, and nature experiences. Also nearby is Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens, a unique collection of exhibits and artwork that celebrates Japanese culture and gardening.

Boynton Beach is just off Interstate 95 and the Florida Turnpike. It also provides an easy trip to airports like Palm Beach International Airport and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.
