The Grove in Boynton Beach is an established active adult community in central Palm Beach County, Florida. The Grove is surrounded by many lakes and offers residents pleasant views. This 55+ community is in a convenient location, just minutes from the Florida Turnpike and in close proximity to the sandy beaches on Florida's east coast.
The Grove in Boynton Beach offers spacious homes with an affordable price tag. This resale community is comprised of a variety of detached single-family homes as well as coach homes. Amenities include a renovated clubhouse, manned and gated entrance, and a variety of social clubs and special interest groups. Off-site, there are plenty of parks, golf courses, and beaches, which are perfect for enjoying the Florida sunshine all year long.
The Grove Amenities
Grove Club is The Grove's well-appointed clubhouse that functions as the center of social activity in this gated community. Residents can stay in shape by working out at the fitness center and aerobics studio. There are many social spaces for residents to gather with other neighbors such as a social lounge, three card rooms, billiards, or an arts and crafts room. The clubhouse also has a library that includes computers with easy online access. The ballroom is a great venue that has a stage where live shows and performance acts entertain residents.

Grove Manor is comprised of single-family homes with two to three bedrooms and two bathrooms and offers between 1,520 and 1,780 square feet of air-conditioned space. These homes feature screened patios, dens, open floor plans with high ceilings, and barrel roofs.
Grove Estates are the largest residences offering between 1,860 and 2,343 square feet of living space. Some of these estate homes have pools and guest houses. All single-family homes in The Grove have attached two-car garages.
Grove Village consists of attached coach homes with single-level living. The first-floor condos have 1,508 square feet of living space, while second-floor condos come with private elevators and have two bedrooms, two bathrooms and offer 1,840 square feet of living space. All coach homes have one-car garages.
The Grove Lifestyle
The Grove in Boynton Beach is an established neighborhood with very active residents. Active adults have time to enjoy fun activities because of the homeowners' association (HOA). The HOA fee includes cable, garbage removal, common area maintenance, roof, and insurance. This allows homeowners to have more time for leisure activities.

The people here are friendly and make you feel very welcome. We just moved in this spring and already feel right at home. There is plenty to do around Boynton Beach too like shopping, restaurants, the beach, golf and lots of parks.
