Most floor plans will also feature dens that provide additional living space that homeowners can personalize to suit their needs and preferences.

The Jefferson Collection will offer four one-story floor plans that range from 1,601 to 1,960 square feet with two or three bedrooms, two or three bathrooms, and attached two- or three-car garages. Many homes will feature open concept floor plans, great rooms with fireplaces, kitchens with central islands, master bedrooms with dual walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms, guest suites, and covered patios.

The four ranch-style floor plans in The Broomfield Collection will range from 2,065 to 2,403 square feet with two to four bedrooms, two or three bathrooms, and attached two- to four-car garages. Features in many homes will include spacious open layouts, gourmet kitchens with islands and breakfast nooks, great rooms with fireplaces, master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets, mudrooms, covered patios, and finished basements.

The Boulder Collection, which includes the most spacious homes in the community, will feature four floor plans that will range from 2,506 to 2,974 square feet with two to four bedrooms, two to three-and-a-half bathrooms, and attached three- or four-car garages. Many of the luxury ranch-style homes will feature spacious open floor plans, gourmet kitchens with breakfast nooks and islands, expansive great rooms with fireplaces, master suites with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets, finished basements, and covered patios.

Regency at Montaine will be located in Castle Rock, about 33 miles south of Denver. This location puts residents within easy reach of daily needs and fun opportunities.

Residents of Regency at Montaine will find themselves close to any daily conveniences they may need, including Sprouts Farmers Market, Whole Foods Market, Target, Walmart, King Soopers, Sam’s Club, and Costco. Pharmacy needs can be met at Walgreens, CVS, and Safeway.
