Ranging from 1,707 to 1,712 square feet, the Coronado I and II models will have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and attached two-car garages. Homebuyers will enjoy master suites that lead to the laundry room, a separate owner's entry from the garage, and a fireplace in the great room.

The Zion I and II plans range from 1,648 to 1,718 square feet with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Standard features include a covered porch and back deck, an open kitchen, and bedrooms on the opposite ends of the home for extra privacy.
