The Grand Estates range from 2,611 to 2,785 square feet. These homes have three or four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an attached three-car garage. Four models are available: The Eventide, The Daybreak, The Soleil, and The Ray. Features include open floor plans, formal dining rooms, and a large covered patio off the owner’s suite.
