Attached villas offer single-level living and are about 900 to 1,464 square feet in size. They typically have one or two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a carport. Attached villas feature open layouts, updated kitchens, large great rooms, and an enclosed porch.

Single-family homes in this 55+ community are the largest and range in size from approximately 1,100 to 1,600 square feet with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a detached one-car garage. These patio homes may feature hardwood floors, crown molding, granite countertops, updated kitchens, vaulted ceilings, enclosed Florida rooms, family rooms, and formal living rooms.
