Attached villas offer single-level living and are about 900 to 1,464 square feet in size. They typically have one or two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a carport. Attached villas feature open layouts, updated kitchens, large great rooms, and an enclosed porch.

Single-family homes in this 55+ community are the largest and range in size from approximately 1,100 to 1,600 square feet with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a detached one-car garage. These patio homes may feature hardwood floors, crown molding, granite countertops, updated kitchens, vaulted ceilings, enclosed Florida rooms, family rooms, and formal living rooms.

Village on the Green Lifestyle

Residents enjoy a low-maintenance lifestyle in this active adult neighborhood. An affordable homeowners' association (HOA) fee includes cable, trash pickup, lawn care, and access to amenities. Thanks to the HOA taking care of tedious exterior home chores, residents have more time to learn a new hobby, start a club, or join an activity in the community with other neighbors.
