Pulte Homes began construction of Crow Creek in 2003 and completed building the community’s 400 homes in 2020. These homes are a mix of condo units, villa-style attached homes, and single-family homes. The homes collectively range from 1,076 to 3,992 square feet and feature two to five bedrooms and two to four bathrooms. Some of the common features include outdoor space, views of the golf course, and customizable floor plans. 

The condos are situated in three-story buildings. Most of these units include a galley kitchen, separate laundry room, and low-maintenance laminate and vinyl floors. Condos have a screened patio or balcony and parking in outdoor lots that are close to the buildings. 

The attached homes are constructed as twin villas. They have spacious two-story floor plans with an extra space that can be used as a den or office. Most homes include ceiling fans, walk-in closets, and a double sink in the master bathroom. Some homes will have a fireplace and built-in bookcases in the living area. A deck or balcony and an attached garage are included. 

The single-family homes of Crow Creek range between 1,176 and 4,207 square feet. These homes have two to five bedrooms, two to four-and-a-half bathrooms, and attached two-car garages.

New construction single-family homes by Pulte are available in four models: the Dunwoody Way, the Sonoma Cove, the Tangerly Oak, and the Vanderbilt. 

The Dunwoody Way starts at 2,430 square feet and has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Features include a corner pantry and a guest suite. 

The Sonoma Cove model starts at 2,536 square feet with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. There’s a formal dining room as well as an open gathering area. 

Tangerly Oak is a single-story floor plan with 2,565 square feet, two bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. The morning room has lots of windows and tons of natural light. 

Finally, the Vanderbilt is a two-story model with 3,220 square feet, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and attached two-car garages. Features include a butler’s pantry, vaulted ceilings, and an upstairs loft.   

Surrounding Area 

Crow Creek is located in the town of Calabash, just minutes from the South Carolina border and North Myrtle Beach. This prime location puts residents in easy reach of necessities and fun opportunities. 

Residents of Crow Creek are close to any daily conveniences they may need, including grocery stores like Food Lion, Publix, and Lowe’s Food. Pharmacy needs can be met at Walgreens and CVS. 

Crow Creek is also close to multiple health care providers, including Calabash Medical Center, Novant Health Brunswick Medical Center, and McLeod Health Seacoast Hospital.  

When residents are looking for entertainment or dining options, they can travel to the downtown area along the Calabash River, where there are dozens of restaurants, bars, and shops.
