I heard about this husband and wife team through a friend of mine from work. I was having a difficult time getting our house sold with our current real estate agent, it was another recommendation from a friend of ours.

My wife and I put a lot of money into our home renovations last summer because our home definitely needed remodeling. My wife's mother health conditions changed because of covid and we really needed to get our house sold but not look too desperate and receive a low offer.

I really didn't want to use another friend's recommendation, but time was not on our side. My wife and I ended up listing with Bray Homes after John and Jennifer explained to us what they thought our home needed to sell and what they would do.

Jennifer was great in helping me stage our home, and I believe her staging recommendation really made our home look and feel better on the inside. John was set on getting us a good offer, my wife and I were a little nervous because of our previous real estate agent, but John really helped us get over asking price.

I can’t say enough about how happy we are that we chose Jennifer to represent us for our home purchase. She was available, knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciated that she was willing and available to answer questions and didn’t make us feel like we were bothering her in anyway. She was very responsive to emails texts and/or calls. She was also proactive and thought of things I hadn’t thought of, or Would check and issue out before I even thought to ask.

She was easy and pleasant to work with and definitely went above and beyond!

Jennifer has unlimited patience and good humor. Even helped us look for a place to rent while we searched for a home to buy. With her help we decided to buy in Ocean Hills Country Club. Over several months whenever we saw an online listing she would arrange to show it to us within hours, even after we had submitted an offer on a home. Jennifer is very knowledgeable about every facet of real estate and the area. She constantly surprised us by “going above and beyond” realtor duties. We highly recommend her!
