Bella Vista Village contains an enviable lineup of amenities that include five recreation centers and seven golf courses. The recreation centers are home to a variety of attractions like indoor and outdoor pools, fitness centers, meeting rooms, restaurants, R.V. parking, and many sports courts.
Outside, the grounds of Bella Vista Village are adorned with several pools, seven lakes, and miles of walking and biking trails. Residents can enjoy some friendly competition on the tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, and basketball courts. There are even playgrounds for grandkids.
Golfers will find a variety of exciting and challenging courses here. There are seven golf courses that offer a combined 117 holes of golf that accommodate all skill levels. There is also a driving range and pro shops to provide the perfect golfing experience.

Great community that offers so much to do. Boating, golf, pickle ball, etc. shopping nearby and restaurants all over the community.
Fred and I have lived here for 12 wonderful years, we can golf, fish, hike, swim and use any of the exercise facilities here. This is the only place where we can do all these activities within a 5 miles radius of our home.
Bella Vista has just about everything you could want. We've been here nearly 10 years and enjoy every day. We're never bored living here! Great amenities, golf, gyms, pools, you name it. The lakes and trails are really nice too plus we've got R.V. storage too and that's a nice perk. Bella Vista is really a one-of-a-kind community in this area, come check it out!
