One pool is nice, but what about several different types of pools throughout the community? That’s what Solivita residents enjoy, and whether it’s swimming, soaking, or just sunbathing on the patio, the neighborhood has a pool for that. Homeowners can even take swimming lessons.

At the Palms Amenity Complex, residents can gather around the heated lap and splash pool at any time of year. There are also two whirlpool spas located near the outdoor fireplace. At the Riviera Spa and Fitness Center, members of the community have access to another heated pool, two spas, and an outdoor sundeck. There’s an indoor pool as well, which is heated.

Some of the neighborhoods that make up Solivita have their own pools, such as the Venezia Neighborhood Center and the Bella Viana Neighborhood Center. These outdoor pools include sundecks and spas.
