This mid-sized, gated community will have 493 single-family homes upon completion, with an emphasis on energy-efficient designs and customizable home features.

With three model collections and over eight floor plans to choose from, homebuyers are sure to find a home that fits their size and budget needs. Homes range from 1,246 to 2,766 square feet with two to three bedrooms, two to three-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached two- or three-car garage. Homebuyers can expect upgraded kitchens, first-floor master suites, and energy-efficient designs, including smart thermostats, tankless water heaters, and optional solar packages available. 

Residents at Heritage Solaire will enjoy new, resort-style amenities, including a 5,900-square-foot clubhouse with a state-of-the-art fitness center, an outdoor pool and patio, and a heated spa. There are also plans to build tennis, pickleball, and bocce ball courts as well as lots of outdoor greenspace with manicured landscaping and walking paths.

Nearby, there are numerous dining, recreation, and shopping destinations, including a Whole Foods Market, a Bed Bath & Beyond, a local mall, and a handful of golf courses.

As the largest 55+ community on this list, Heritage El Dorado Hills offers a wide assortment of home styles and sizes. Plans for this new gated community include 1000 single-family homes located just 30 miles outside of Sacramento among the rolling landscape of El Dorado Hills.

Floor plans range from 1,230 to 2,993 square feet with two or three bedrooms, two to three-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached two- or three-car garage. Homes at Heritage El Dorado Hills feature numerous energy-efficient details, such as energy-efficient lighting, solar-energy systems, GE appliances, and more. Modern-design features also include nine-foot ceilings, granite or quartz countertops, European-style cabinetry, and large walk-in closets.

Residents keep social and busy at the 5,000-square-foot clubhouse, which houses a fitness center, an aerobics room, and a dance studio. A catering kitchen is available to residents as well as multiple game and meeting rooms. Homes in this community come in a choice of nine models, sold on both a new and resale basis. They range from 1,902 to 2,600 square feet with two to three bedrooms, two or three bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Many homes feature cosmetic upgrades and energy-efficient designs such as high ceilings, spacious walk-in closets, gourmet kitchens with an island and granite countertops, and a master suite fireplace.

Residents gather and socialize at the 5,000-square-foot clubhouse. Inside, residents can use the multipurpose room, the exercise room, the dining room, or the catering kitchen. Outdoors, community members can enjoy the refreshing pool or relax in the heated spa next to the cozy fireplace on the outdoor patio. 

Jackson View offers residents a scenic, natural setting with plenty of nearby excursions, including Calaveras Big Trees State Park, wineries, restaurants, lakes, golf clubs, and shopping areas.
