Condos are available in one and two-bedroom floor plans with 1,029 to 1,800 square feet. Residents park in carports and there’s also plenty of guest parking. Windows and doors are storm-proof and the building includes a lobby and an elevator.

Amenities in Spring Lake Towers include a recreation room as well as a library and a community kitchen. There’s a fitness center and a laundry room as well. Outside, homeowners enjoy a pool, a patio, shuffleboard courts, and scenic walking trails throughout the community. A boat slip is available for residents, and reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis.
