Single-family homes in Tomoka Heights offer approximately 1,700 to 3,000 square feet of living space, with two to three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Attached-style homes are approximately 1,000 to 2,400 square feet in size, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Some have Florida rooms, granite countertops and hardwood cabinets.
