Residences

Premier builder Del Webb began construction of Del Webb at Traditions in 2017 and plans to build 452 single-family homes upon completion. Homebuyers can choose from a distinct line-up of several low-maintenance designs that range from 1,656 to 2,536 square feet of living space. These elegant homes, which are priced from the mid $300s, have two to four bedrooms, two to four-and-a-half bathrooms, and attached two-car garages. All homes feature open and bright layouts, master suites on the main level, flex rooms, inviting gathering rooms, spacious storage areas, and gourmet kitchens. Some floor plans offer customization options like loft spaces, patios, and tray ceilings for the dining rooms or master suites.

Amenities

In addition to Del Webb’s quality home designs, residents of Del Webb at Traditions will also enjoy resort-style amenities along with a vibrant social atmosphere. Plans call for a well-appointed 18,000-square-foot clubhouse that will be the central hub of physical activity and social recreation within the 55-plus community. Homeowners will be able to stay in shape without having to travel far thanks to the on-site fitness center, indoor pool, and aerobics and dance studio. The clubhouse will also host plenty of social spaces like a coffee bar, card tables, catering kitchen, billiards, and arts and crafts studio.

The amenities won’t stop there. Del Webb will also provide exciting recreational areas that keep residents active while enjoying the Central North Carolina climate. Del Webb at Traditions will host multiple sports courts that will allow homeowners to challenge friends to friendly games of tennis, pickleball, and bocce. Residents will also have scenic walking and biking trails that wrap around the community’s garden and natural space.

Lifestyle

Active adults will have plenty of opportunities to socialize and mingle with other like-minded adults in this age-restricted community. An on-site lifestyle director will be available to help plan events, classes, and activities for all residents to enjoy. Neighbors can bond over a game of billiards or tennis or meet new friends in a book club or card tournament. Whatever they choose to do, residents will have endless options for staying busy and having fun while living in Del Webb at Traditions. Best of all, a homeowners’ association fee will take care of exterior home upkeep and common area maintenance, making it easy for residents to pursue new hobbies or relax with friends at the clubhouse.

Easy access to entertainment, recreation, and cultural attractions can be found just north of downtown Raleigh on State Roads 1 and 401.
