Residents at Del Webb eTown in Jacksonville, Florida are one step closer to enjoying a completed amenity complex in their 55+ community. The clubhouse, which is called The Gallery, is now under construction, and homeowners as well as potential buyers can schedule a visit to take a look at how things are shaping up.

Visits can be scheduled between 10:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. daily except for Wednesdays and Sundays when the complex is available between 12:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.

What to Expect From The Gallery

The Gallery is set to be the centerpiece of the five-acre amenity complex at Del Webb eTown. As a community clubhouse, residents will be able to use it for events, activities, and special communal gatherings like brunch, holiday parties, and club meetings. The Gallery will offer 13,000 square feet.

Included in the clubhouse is a state-of-the-art fitness center, with modern equipment for residents hoping to stay in shape. Fitness classes are also expected to be held. The amenity complex will also include tennis courts, pickleball courts, and bocce ball courts. A resort-style pool and spa will include a large, sunny patio and plenty of seating.

Del Webb eTown is a unique active adult community with more than 500 new construction single-family homes planned. With a special focus on connectivity, residents enjoy smart home technology and automated functions that make everything from temperature control to security to lighting more efficient and convenient. Natural gas appliances are available, and scenic views of ponds and preserves are available from many homes. 

Buyers have a choice of 14 models when they’re choosing a home. Most floor plans range from 1,343 to 3,361 square feet. They have two to five bedrooms, two to four bathrooms, and an attached two- or three-car garage. Features in some homes include flex space that can be used as a den or home office, a loft area, and spacious gourmet kitchens with walk-in pantries. Outdoor patios and covered lanais are available in many models.

Living in Jacksonville

Jacksonville is one of Florida’s largest and fastest-growing cities. Close to the Atlantic Ocean, residents can enjoy beach trips as well as all the shopping, dining, entertainment, and art that’s available in downtown Jacksonville. Sports fans can also follow the Jacksonville Jaguars (football) and the Jacksonville Icemen (hockey).
