There are screened balconies and patios, many with views of some of the ponds and lakes found throughout this gated 55+ community.

Community bus transit is available, as well as an area for residents to wash their cars. Other amenities include a clubhouse, an exercise room, a sauna, and meeting rooms. There are pools and patios, shuffleboard and tennis courts, horseshoe pits, and space for basketball and racquetball. There’s also a golf driving net and plenty of space for walking, biking, and picnicking. At Lakes of Delray, residents enjoy clubs and community gatherings. Residents can use the fitness center or the game room. A social committee meets once a month to plan activities, and the HOA takes care of things like exterior maintenance and landscaping.

Huntington Lakes

At Huntington Lakes, active adult homebuyers can find a condo in a thriving 55+ community for less than $150,000. In this community, there are golf practice facilities, 22 shuffleboard courts, tennis courts, horseshoe pits, and nine outdoor pools. There’s a lot to do at Huntington Lakes, but the community is also close to downtown, the beach, and some great restaurants.

The resale condo homes are in mid-rise buildings with between four and eight stories. They have elevators and security.
