Solid choice, considering the Northeast Florida city is close to the beach, full of great restaurants and entertainment venues, and brimming with opportunities for outdoor recreational activities like golf, hiking, boating, and fishing.

And once you know where you want to be, you have to decide where you want to live. Consider a condominium.

Condo living offers the space and privacy that homeowners want without all of the maintenance and upkeep that comes with living in a detached house. Why spend your days mowing the lawn and cleaning the pool when you can lean on your association to take care of those things for you?

Condos in Jacksonville are an ideal choice for active adults who want to live a low-maintenance lifestyle in Florida’s largest and fastest-growing city. They’re often a better value than single-family homes, and condo communities offer residents plenty of amenities and social activities.

Here are five exceptional communities offering condos for sale in Jacksonville, FL.
