Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach

Buyers who are wondering how they’ll decorate and furnish their new home in the Conch Cottage collection needn’t worry. Latitude Margaritaville has partnered with furniture giant Ethan Allen to provide four unique design options. If you don’t want to worry about designing your own interior style, your community can help.

There are four themes that fit the homes perfectly: The “Beach House” design theme, which includes weathered finishes and a lot of warm seashell colors; the “License to Chill” theme, which includes wood finishes and decorative elements like pillows; the “Son of a Sailor” theme, which offers a lot of blue and white cotton; and “In Paradise,” a theme that includes color against white and wood design pieces.

There are noteworthy amenities to enjoy at Latitude Margaritaville as well. The most anticipated local favorite is the private beach area, which is accessible by a shuttle that runs directly from the community. There’s also a pool, a fitness center, and an indoor lap pool with a spa. Outdoors, there’s a resort-style pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and a space for bocce ball. The Town Center includes retail space where residents can get both the necessary and the fun shopping done.
