A new milestone has been reached by Latitude Margaritaville in Daytona Beach: The 1,000th home has been sold at the popular 55+ community. Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach Real Estate

With more than 1,800 residents, Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach is Volusia County’s fastest-growing new construction housing development. Minto Homes began building the community in 2017 and plans to build more than 3,000 single-family homes and attached cottages in the neighborhood inspired by Jimmy Buffett’s laid-back lifestyle and catchy beach tunes.

Located about half a mile west of the Tomoka River Bridge, Minto has committed more than $4 million to extra roadwork that will be needed to facilitate less traffic and easier entry into the community along Tymber Creek Road.
