Four Seasons at Carolina Oaks is coming to Bluffton, and this community has a lot to offer interested homebuyers.

For years, the charming town of Bluffton, South Carolina has been a favorite retirement destination among active adults looking to settle down near the coast. The area boasts an impressive list of active adult communities that offer residents everything from affordable housing options and lavish million-dollar homes to neighborhoods with lakefront properties and resort-style amenities.

Now, the town is adding a new 55+ community to its roster as trusted builder K. Hovnanian begins its latest project—Four Seasons at Carolina Oaks, a new, gated, and age-restricted community that will feature 559 single-family homes.

From spacious open floor plans to an expansive list of desirable amenities, Four Seasons at Carolina Oaks will have plenty to offer homeowners who are interested in purchasing a new construction home in the Bluffton area.

Residences

Upon final completion, Four Seasons at Carolina Oaks is slated to feature 559 single-family homes with affordable price points in the mid $200s. Prospective buyers will have plenty of choices to consider when it comes to K. Hovnanian’s floor plan options. Standard model homes within the community will range from 1,324 and 3,372 square feet, and floor plans will have between two to four bedrooms, two to three-and-a-half bathrooms, and a two- or three-car garage.

Amenities and Lifestyle

Beyond its variety of floor plans, Four Seasons at Carolina Oaks also has an impressive list of planned amenities for residents to enjoy. The development’s generously-sized clubhouse will feature a grand ballroom, a lounge with a fireplace, a community kitchen, plus an arts and crafts studio where homeowners can get creative. Final plans for the clubhouse also include multipurpose gathering spaces, cards and games, billiards, and a state-of-the-art fitness center that will make it easy for residents to stay fit and healthy without ever leaving the neighborhood.

This list of outdoor amenities is just as impressive. Outside, residents will have access to a resort-style pool and patio, several athletic courts that are ideal for a little friendly competition, a fire pit, and a number of pavilions that will provide the perfect space to socialize with neighbors. Other amenities outside include community gardens, a dog park, and hiking and biking trails that will zigzag throughout the property.

Along with the many amenities, Four Seasons at Carolina Oaks’s homeowners will also have plenty of options when it comes to ways to socialize. The neighborhood plans to have a full-time lifestyle director who will be dedicated to planning and organizing exciting community events and activities throughout the year. Activities will range from ballroom dancing and yoga to cooking classes and painting. There will also be organized clubs and interest groups for residents to join based on their hobbies.
