Nobility Crest at Ocean is releasing two new floor plans.

Life at the Jersey Shore is definitely all it is cracked up to be: gentle ocean breezes, the crashing waves of the surf, spectacular sunsets, fresh seafood. And the best part? There are plenty of affordable homes for sale, even in the Central New Jersey shore region. We aren’t talking about beachfront property in this case, but if you dream of living less than five miles from the beach, continue reading.

Monmouth County is an exceptionally nice place to retire in, and it has 37 active adult communities. Ocean Township is on the eastern end of the county, and here you’ll find the welcoming 55+ community of Nobility Crest at Ocean. It broke ground in 2006, and upon completion will have 198 new and resale condominium homes built by Renaissance Properties, Inc., Blue Star Group, and Jerald Development Group, Inc.

To make this property even more appealing, Renaissance Properties’ Chief Operating Officer Robert Adinolfi recently announced that this luxury condo development is releasing two new floor plans, with beautifully decorated models now available for viewing in-person or online.

About the Community

2020 has been a busy year for Nobility Crest, with a second new building opening earlier this year. This was the fifth out of the total six buildings that will complete the neighborhood. Each building houses one- and two-bedroom condo units that are comfortably sized from 1,058 to 2,222 square feet and priced in the mid $300s to high $400s.

Most of these thoughtfully-designed homes have two bedrooms, two baths, and assigned underground garage parking spots. You can also expect to find desirable features like open living spaces, spacious master suites, contemporary kitchens, extra storage space, and private terraces.

The two new models bring up the total number of floor plans to eight, with new and resale offerings. Some of these condos also include dens, which can be used as guest bedrooms. Other options include balconies, kitchen dining nooks, tray ceilings, and his and her walk-in closets. Homebuyers will also be pleased to learn that some of the units have shiny hardwood floors, granite countertops, included appliances, recessed lighting, tile backsplashes, crown molding, French doors, and soaking tubs.

The New Models

The two new floor plans are smaller than the rest, and they’re geared for active adults looking to downsize and enjoy low-maintenance lifestyles. Here are some specifics:

Beaumont I

Sized at 1,213 square feet, Beaumont I offers a master suite with a spacious walk-in closet and a modern master bathroom with two sinks. The comfortable living/dining area is open to the kitchen area, and on the other side, you’ll find the second bedroom. This is adjacent to a second bathroom, and on its other side is the laundry room. The rectangular balcony is at the back, at the end of the living/dining area. Options include appliances, a tray ceiling in the master suite, a pantry, and a linen closet.

The Drummond I

At 1,327 square feet, this new model is somewhat larger than Beaumont I. As you walk in the front foyer, the laundry room is to the right. To the left is the family/dining room and open kitchen area, which has an L-shaped counter and appliance configuration to the right, a kitchen island, and a pantry. The square balcony is somewhat larger than the Beaumont I, and it’s at the back of the family-dining room. The master suite is located on the back-right side and has two roomy closets. The master bath has two sinks, and it’s next to the laundry room. A second bathroom and hallway separate the master suite and the second bedroom.

Amenities

Nobility Crest’s 4,300-square-foot Lifestyle Center is the neighborhood’s gathering place, where homeowners go to use the business center, relax in the game rooms and lounge, work out at the fitness center, and work or play in the library and media room. Each of the community’s new buildings will also have a fitness room, a multipurpose room, or a club room with a billiard table.

There is also a $1 million, ground-up redesigned and renovated outdoor amenity area here, with an outdoor zero-entry pool that features a paver stone covered patio area and spa for long, relaxing afternoons. Added outside perks include a bocce ball court, barbecue and dining areas, a natural gas fire pit area, furnished pergolas, and a new dog park. Nobility Crest is also professionally landscaped, and it has a gated entry with private access.

Lifestyle

Nobility Crest at Ocean has an active homeowners’ association (HOA) with fees that provide for use of all amenities, public water and sewer, exterior building maintenance, landscaping, common area maintenance, and snow removal. Not having to handle these chores gives residents more free time and fewer things to worry about. There’s also an on-site community manager who offers assistance as needed, and the outdoor amenity area is only a short walk from every condo unit.

Many homeowners choose to participate in neighborhood events and activities, and many of these fun gatherings take place at the Lifestyle Center. There are movie nights, holiday parties, an annual food drive, book club, and more organized activities to keep you as busy as you’d like.

Surrounding Area

Ocean Township is close enough to the Garden State Parkway, Route 18, and other major thoroughfares to make running errands and taking trips easy. Nearby supermarkets include Wegmans, Super Foodtown, and Stop & Shop; area pharmacies like CVS, Rite Aid, and Walgreens are also only minutes away. There are local movie theaters, libraries, museums, and shopping outlets like the Monmouth Mall, Jersey Shore Premium Outlets, Walmart, Target, and Home Depot. The closest medical center is Hackensack Meridian Health Jersey Shore Hospital, and New York City is about 56 miles north.

Closer to home, the Jersey Shore is just minutes away from Nobility Crest at Ocean, so you can easily drive to beach towns like Asbury Park, Ocean Grove, Long Branch, and Bradley Beach. Popular area golf courses include Hollywood Golf Club, Deal Golf & Country Club, and the Shark River Golf Course. Or if you want to learn about some new topics, you can enroll at Monmouth University. JFK International and LaGuardia Airports are both about an hour and fifteen minutes away; Newark International is just 45 minutes away by car.

To Learn More

Chief Operating Officer Robert Adinolfi welcomes home seekers to view Nobility Crest’s appealing floor plans and renovated outdoor area. Those who prefer to do this from home can have the models “brought to them.” Adinolfi explained that their sales associates “are happy to walk you through the home buying experience virtually.”
