This extra small community is a great location for active adults who want a close-knit neighborhood and plenty of privacy. With only 62 homes, The Reserve at Cypress Ridge offers residents low-maintenance living in Bluffton with lots of amenities. Construction began in 2018, so this gated community has only new D.R. Horton homes available for sale.
Houses are single-family with single-level floorplans and two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached-garage. Floor plans have sizes ranging from approximately 1,588 to 1,883 square feet in living space.
