Originally built in 2009, Hampton Lake features 900 single-family homes built by multiple builders. These homes offer 1,500 to 3,500 square feet as well as up to two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Some homesites also offer enviable water views. As far as amenities go, there are multiple onsite restaurants and grills, a state-of-the-art fitness center with an indoor pool, lakeside docks, as well as an 18-hole golf course.

With only 62 homes, The Reserve at Cypress Ridge offers residents low-maintenance living and many amenities. Additionally, the homes offer single-level floorplans, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached garage. Floor plans range from 1,588 to 1,883 square feet. However, though it’s small, the Reserve doesn’t lack amenities. There’s a 7,000-square-foot clubhouse, a three-story fitness center, an outdoor pool, a scenic lake, as well as RV/boat storage.
