LakePark at Tradition

New construction is in the budget for buyers in LakePark at Tradition, a 55+ community that’s part of the Tradition master-planned community developed by Minto. Construction is still underway on the clubhouse, which will ultimately feature a fitness center and cabanas as well as a resort-style pool and an event lawn.
