Tarpon Bay Yacht Club

Mid $100s – High $200s

Active adults who move to Florida in order to live on the water will be pleased with Tarpon Bay Yacht Club, a 55+ condo community that’s well within most budgets and on the shores of the St. Lucie River. There’s a boat dock and a fruit tree orchard as well as nature trails and water elements like ponds and lakes all over the community. Other amenities include a clubhouse, common areas, a community workshop, a pool, and tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, and pickleball courts.

Condo homes come in two layouts at Tarpon Bay, and they have between 1,314 and 1,666 square feet. All homes have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are six buildings, each with three stories and elevators. For budget-savvy buyers, the basic model provides plenty of comforts, space, and access to all the community amenities.

Lake Forest

The Preserve collection is the most affordable of Lake Forest’s homes.

There are no age restrictions at Lake Forest, a community of 689 affordable single-family homes. So if you’re planning to move in with family members or you’re looking for Port St. Lucie real estate that features a generational mix, this may be the right place to call home.

It’s easily accessible to major highways and close to grocery stores, shopping malls, and fun places to eat and have coffee. Two outdoor pools, cabanas, and a fitness center make this community a great place to stay active. Residents enjoy happy hours, dinners, and food clubs.

The Preserve collection is the most affordable of Lake Forest’s homes, and there are six models that buyers can consider. They range from 1,300 to over 2,000 square feet with two or three bedrooms and two or three bathrooms. Some of them also include dens, and they all have two-car garages. Buyers comfortable spending a little more can consider the five floor plans in The Estates collection. They have between 1,881 and 2,208 square feet.

LakePark at Tradition

High $100s – High $200s

New construction is in the budget for buyers in LakePark at Tradition, a 55+ community that’s part of the Tradition master-planned community developed by Minto. Construction is still underway on the clubhouse, which will ultimately feature a fitness center and cabanas as well as a resort-style pool and an event lawn. There’s a dog park, plenty of walking trails, and residents also have access to the numerous amenities and features available within the greater Tradition community.

Villa homes in the Harbour Collection have between 1,565 and 1,862 square feet, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a den, and a two-car garage. The Magnolia model is a bit larger and has three bedrooms instead of a den. Single-family homes make up the Coastal Collection; they have 1,895 to 2,220 square feet, two or three bedrooms, a den, two-and-a-half baths, and two-car garages.
