Single-family homes are slightly larger with options that range from 1,300 to more than 5,000 square feet. These homes can have up to five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and an attached three-car garage.

Amenities within the gates include an expansive 26,000-square-foot clubhouse, meeting rooms, a dining room, a fitness center, locker rooms, a library, and a card room. There’s also a performance theater, a sports grill, a bar, and a lounge on-site.
