The Retreat at Sterling on the Lake is close to opening a new amenity center.

It’s been over a month since The Retreat at Sterling on the Lake broke ground on their exciting new amenity center. Representatives from Encore by David Weekly Homes and community homeowners were present to celebrate the groundbreaking event and learned all about the new building’s offerings. The community is also conveniently located in the Atlanta, Georgia area, about 45 minutes northeast of the city. The developer has plans for 214 thoughtfully designed single-family homes starting in the mid $300s.

Read on to discover all the details about the amenities at The Retreat at Sterling on the Lake.

The Retreat at Sterling on the Lake Amenities

The private 4,500 square-foot clubhouse will feature a modern fitness center, activity rooms, and a catering kitchen. Outside the clubhouse, homeowners can utilize several swimming pools as well as bocce ball, pickleball, and tennis courts. Residents can also take advantage of the community’s very own movie theater, a community lake, walking trails, and green spaces. There will even be an outdoor yoga lawn and play areas for visiting family and guests to use.

The Retreat at Sterling Lake will also have a full-time activities director to organize and manage community activities, classes, and other events. This is one of the best ways to meet new neighbors and to become involved in healthy, rewarding activities. Since this is a more intimate neighborhood, you won’t have to worry about crowded events and missing out on the things you want to do. This gated 55+ subdivision is also part of a master-planned community so residents will be able to enjoy lakeside living and everything that the larger community has to offer.

These homes have two to four bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and attached two-car garages. Options include additional half baths, gourmet kitchens, screened-in porches, gas fireplaces, and refined, luxury master bathrooms.

More spacious models will have dens and optional second floors with bonus rooms. You will also appreciate the privacy offered by the 48-foot homesites, but members of the community don’t have to worry about upkeep as The Retreat at Sterling Lake homeowners’ association provides lawn care, landscaping, and common area maintenance.
