Active adults who want to retire in Southeast Florida near the Atlantic Coast now have another 55+ community to consider. The first homes are now slated for early move-in at Valencia Sound, an up-and-coming 55+ community in Boynton Beach, Florida. With early move-in homes, interested homebuyers can set their sights on living an active lifestyle at Valencia Sound.

Builder GL Homes, which began development of Valencia Sound in 2019, recently announced the availability of several early move-in homes to welcome the first residents into the community. Upon completion, the gated 55+ community will consist of 412 single-family homes total. The resort-style community will feature luxury single-family homes, a desirable Palm Beach County Location, and world-class amenities, such as a 39,000-square-foot clubhouse and a private racquet club.

Valencia Sound Home Styles & Floor Plans

At Valencia Sound, active adults can find a variety of new single-family homes for sale in Boynton Beach. The early move-in homes come in seven floor plans across four home model collections. With a variety of home styles to choose from, interested homebuyers can find several floor plans that suit their needs and preferences.

The Vintage Collection features three early-move in floor plans: the Caroline, the Piazza, and the Jade. These ranch-style homes range from 2,625 to 2,732 square feet with two or three bedrooms, two-and-a-half to three-and-a-half bathrooms, and attached two- or three-car garages. Features in these homes include open concept floor plans, gourmet kitchens with islands, master retreats with dual walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms, and screened-in patios. Some homes feature formal dining rooms, breakfast nooks, great rooms, and dens.

The Signature Collection offers two ranch-style floor plans for early move-in, the Vienna, and the Bimini. The Vienna offers 2,227 square feet with two bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. The Bimini offers 2,395 square feet with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Both of the one-story floor plans feature open layouts, gourmet kitchens with breakfast bars, dens, master retreats with spacious en-suite bathrooms and dual walk-in closets, guest suites, and covered patios.

Two additional one-story floor plans ready for early move-in include the Sapphire in the Jewel Collection and the Napa in the Crown Collection. Ideal for those who want to downsize, the Sapphire provides 1,772 square feet with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage, with additional features such as open floor plans, master retreats, great rooms, and dens. As one of the most spacious floor plans in the community, the Napa boasts 3,176 square feet with four bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached three-car garage.

Amenities at Valencia Sound

In addition to luxury floor plans and brand new homes, residents of Valencia Sound will enjoy an abundance of resort-style amenities. At the 39,000-square-foot clubhouse, residents can find a state-of-the-art fitness center, a full-service restaurant, a sports lounge and bar, a social hall, arts and crafts studios, card rooms, a catering kitchen, and multipurpose gathering spaces.

With a full-time lifestyle director, the clubhouse will also host a variety of activities, clubs, classes, and social events designed to support an active lifestyle. Some of the planned activities for the social calendar include card tournaments, sports, arts and crafts classes, and live entertainment.

The community also features the Valencia Sound Racquet Club, which offers six lighted clay tennis courts, four lighted clay bocce courts, and 11 lighted pickleball courts. The outdoor amenities feature a resort-style pool with a spa, a poolside bar, and shaded cabanas. The expansive patio also connects to a lap and a resistance pool as well as a wading pool.
