Also under construction, Kensington Estates is a gated 55+ community being built by Triangle Equities in the Oyster Bay area. It’s slated for 80 new attached homes on a six-acre property that’s complemented by abundant greenspace.

Homebuyers can choose from five tastefully designed floor plans ranging from 1,569 to 2,662 square feet with two or three bedrooms and two to three-and-a-half bathrooms. Features include basements, oversized walk-in closets, garden tubs, lofts, vaulted ceilings, and private elevators. Kensington’s private clubhouse has its own fitness center and yoga studio as well as multipurpose rooms, tennis courts, and an outdoor pool and patio.

This exceptional neighborhood is also close to the Jericho Turnpike, and whether you drive east or west, you’ll run into shopping centers, grocery stores, banks, pharmacies, and restaurants. Closer to the South Shore, Harbor View Estates is a welcoming active adult community that appeals to discerning homebuyers who prefer smaller neighborhoods and low-key lifestyles. The property is being developed by AJG, and it will have 40 homes when work is completed.
