About Harbor View Estates

Harbor View Estates is a new 55+ community located in Copiague, New York. Upon completion, there will be 28 condo units and 12 townhomes. The townhomes will have 2,400 square foot of living space with two bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an attached one-car garage. All townhomes have gourmet kitchens with stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors. Outdoors, homeowners enjoy private balconies and patios overlooking the beautiful waterfront. Condos have 1,200 square feet of living space and include a single bedroom and two bathrooms. Each unit features space for a large study, a living room, and a dining room. Like the townhomes, each unit includes gourmet kitchens with stainless steel appliances and hardwood floor. All buildings also have private elevators.

Harbor View Estates boasts a large clubhouse where residents can gather with friends and neighbors and take part in community events and activities. Inside the clubhouse there is a card room, a library, a recreation room, a bar, and an exercise room, perfect for starting a workout routine. Outside, residents have access to bocce and horseshoe courts as well as a private dock area.

Harborview Estates is ideally located in Copiague which is a part of West Long Island. There are three grocery stores and a wide variety of retail stores and restaurants within a mile of the community. The Southern State Parkway is just miles away, making getting around the region easy. For long distance travel, John F. Kennedy International Airport is less than 25 miles away. Its modern homes and variety of amenities, coupled with its convenient location make Harbor View Estates a great community for active-adult homebuyers to check out.
