Both cities are about 80 miles east of downtown Los Angeles and 30 miles west of Palm Springs, which make for a convenient weekend getaway. Not only do residents have quick access to I-10, but residents also have access to major travel routes Interstate 215, California Route 60, Route 79, and Route 91. For long-distance travel, Palm Springs Municipal Airport and San Bernardino International Airport are both within a half-hour of the community.
