About Mirasol

Mirasol is a 55+ community in Loveland, Colorado. Situated at the base of the Rocky Mountains, Mirasol offers single-family homes and top-notch amenities. Within the Loveland area, there are several conveniences including nearby medical services, cultural and recreational opportunities, shopping, and much more. Retirees will be sure to find the right fit for them in this community.

Mirasol Amenities

The main hub of entertainment is the Event Center located in the middle of the community. The clubhouse is home to the community's fitness center. Multipurpose and conference rooms are also accessible within the center. Homeowners pay a small additional fee to have access to certain amenities within the center like the in-house salon, therapeutic massage, and yoga classes. Locals can pay for their morning coffee at the Coffee Bistro.

Outdoors, walking paths and sidewalks weave through the manicured grounds. For residents with a green thumb, community gardening plots are open and accessible. A unique perk to Mirasol is the community bicycle share program which allows residents to check out bicycles for a period of time. A shuttle service is regularly scheduled to bring residents into town and shop at local merchants or for scheduled events.

There are 52 single-family homes at Mirasol. Homes can range between 1,016 square feet to 1,677 square feet, most with two to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Mirasol offers three distinct floor-plans for individuals looking to buy a home. 

Mirasol Lifestyle

Mirasol offers a low-maintenance lifestyle for residents.This community offers landscaping, snow removal, common area maintenance, and covers all exterior maintenance. The Event Center Coordinator organizes the majority of activities at Mirasol. Residents can join Wii bowling leagues and attend the Wii bowling banquet at the end of the year. There are catered holiday parties, trivia nights, craft classes, and game nights are all offered. Also, there are musical programs, monthly afternoon tea, and guest speakers as a part of the clubhouse programming.

Area

Loveland is a wonderful area about 50 miles north of Denver along the Front Range of Colorado. Less than five miles away from Mirasol is King Soopers, perfect for residents to purchase their groceries. Historical Downtown Loveland is only a five minute drive away. Golfers can enjoy the nearby Loveland Golf Course, situated one mile away from Mirasol.
