About Country Lake Villas

Country Lake Villas is a 55+ community located in Loveland, Colorado. This lakefront community offers low maintenance homes with first-floor master-suites in the stunningly beautiful foothills of the Rocky Mountains.

Country Lake Villas Homes & Real Estate

This intimate community is made up of just 25 homes, ideal for active adults looking to be apart of a small, close-knit community. Built from 1985 to 1993 these attached homes range in size from 1,230 to 2,320 square feet, with two or three bedrooms, two or three bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Every home features master suites on the first floor and a finished basement with an additional bedroom. Most homes also have a roofed back porch.

Residents of Country Lake Villas enjoy a relaxed, low maintenance lifestyle. The homeowners' association covers snow removal, landscaping, exterior maintenance, as well as roofing maintenance. This community sits adjacent to a small lake which has canal access to larger bodies of water, giving residents not only great views, but opportunities for fishing and wakeless boating as well.

Country Lake Villas is in the heart of Loveland, only ten minutes from Loveland Lake itself. Everyday necessities are not far from Country Lake Villas with Target only nine minutes away and Walmart only five minutes away. There is also a Walgreens less than two miles away and McKee Medical Center is less than a mile away. There are several different parks to explore in close proximity to this community, including Benson Sculpture Garden, where art shows and exhibitions are held. Loveland  is known for its vibrant and growing art scene, with venues like Loveland Museum and Gallery showcasing local artists. The quaint downtown area is very walkable and great for shopping.

Denver is the closest major city at just about an hour away from Country Lake Villas. Denver International Airport is just an hour drive away, making long distance travel easy.
