All homes are wired for smart home technology, allowing residents to control thermostats, security, and appliances from an app or a synced smart-home device. Brick exteriors are available as well as plank siding and fully sodded yards.

Four models are available. The Heden has 1,790 square feet, three or four bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. It’s a single-story home with an open floor plan and a kitchen that includes a breakfast bar.

The Grandover has 2,140 square feet, three bedrooms, and two-and-a-half to three-and-a-half bathrooms. There is an attached three-car garage and the home is on one story. Flex space provides for a formal dining room, den, office, or even a fourth bedroom. The owner’s suite has a garden tub and a separate shower.

The Grandover II is a bit larger, with 2,240 square feet, three bedrooms, two-and-a-half to three-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached three-car garage. The large kitchen has an island and  walk-in pantry. A bonus room is available as an option and there’s an oversized walk-in closet in the owner’s suite.

The Sycamore has 2,182 square feet, three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached three-car garage. The open floor plan includes a huge great room with an optional gas fireplace. The owner’s suite includes a bathroom with double vanities, a garden tub, and a separate walk-in shower.
