Homes are built by Del Webb to offer low-maintenance living and desirable design elements. Upon completion, the community will contain 1,050 single-family homes. These affordable homes appeal to many different buyers with 22 floor plans spread across three home collections: the Monterey Series, Sonoma Series, and Napa Series.

The Monterey Series of homes feature eight floor plans ranging in size from 1,197 to 1,551 square feet and designed to sit on a 45-foot wide homesite. These designs feature one to three bedrooms, one-and-a-half to three bathrooms, and an attached two or two-and-a-half-car garage. Homes in the Sonoma Series are a bit larger. There are eight floor plans which range from 1,539 to 1,953 square feet, and typically are built on 52-foot wide lots. These homes each have two or three bedrooms, two or three bathrooms, and a two to three-car garage. They also have optional basements.

Offering the community's largest homes, the Napa Series includes floor plans from 2,015 to 2,536 square feet. They are designed for 65-foot wide homesites. Most models are designed with two to three bedrooms and two to three-and-a-half bathrooms. Homes have optional basements and some models can be built with a three-car garage.
