Optional upgrades in some homes include loft space, luxury bathrooms, libraries, and finished basements. Buyers have a choice of three models.

The Le Chambord model has 1,735 to 3,184 square feet. This home has two to four bedrooms and two to four bathrooms with attached two-car garages. 

Le Bordeaux is a model starting at 1,741 square feet, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a flex room that can be used as a den or office. The open floor plan includes a kitchen island and a large great room. With a finished loft space and basement, the square footage would be 3,353, and buyers would enjoy two additional bedrooms and bathrooms. 

Le Deauville is a design ranging between 1,742 and 3,712 square feet. This home has two to three bedrooms, two to four bathrooms, and attached two-car garages. 

Le Parisien is a floor plan starting at 1,756 square feet, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and plenty of closet space. The upgraded model with a finished basement would bring the square footage to 2,086. The large gathering room has an optional fireplace and an outdoor patio or deck can be added. The master bedroom has a huge walk-in closet and double sinks in the bathroom. 

The Le Marseille starts at 1,791 square feet, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a bonus room that can be used as a formal dining room, office, or den. There is a covered front porch and a long foyer that leads to an open floor plan. With the optional loft and finished basement, Le Marseille can be as large as 3,187 square feet, with one or two extra bedrooms and bathrooms. 

The Le Toulouse model ranges from 1,795 to 3,409 square feet. This home has two to four bedrooms and bathrooms, den spaces, and attached two-car garages.
