Rock Creek Villas in Quinton is an active adult community with 60 ADA-friendly homesites in historic New Kent County. Half of these lots overlook the 15th fairway of the scenic Brookwoods Golf Course. The developers, Cunningham Homes and Shurm Homes, allow all new buyers to custom design villas according to their exact specifications.
