Kings Gate by Benderson Communities is a gated, active adult community situated in Port Charlotte Florida. It is located one mile west of I-75 on Kings Highway, ten minutes away from a mall and major shopping. The area is less congested than other coastal areas in Florida, but close enough to modern conveniences and beautiful beaches along the gulf coast.

Kings Gate Homes & Real Estate

Construction of Kings Gate in Port Charlotte started in 2002, and at completion, 650 single-family homes and 270 villas are scheduled to make up this community. Homes are available new or on a resale basis. The single-family homes come in four models and range in sizes from 1,397 to 2,017 square feet. All single-family homes in Kings Gate have two baths, and buyers have a choice of three bedrooms or two bedrooms plus a den.

The golf villas have four different floor plans as well and are designed to offer between 1,405 and 1,705 square feet of living space. All golf villas have two bedrooms, two baths, covered lanais, and attached garages. Some models also offer a den. Association fees at Kings Gate include cable, landscape care, irrigation, and use of the clubhouse.
