In 2019, my husband, Mike and I, decided to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary in the Charlotte area, and at the same time, make it our potential retirement destination. We spoke to a few realtors from home and found that Chris really stood out among the other realtors with his upbeat personality and extensive knowledge of the 55 and older retirement communities in the area. When we finally met in person, he was more than accommodating, showing us the surrounding areas, sharing the names of some of the best restaurants, and describing in detail stores and medical needs nearby. When it was time to fly back to Connecticut, we had a clear understanding of how the Charlotte area was developing and the housing price ranges available to us. We had about a year and a half to two years before full retirement and during that time, we all kept in touch and developed a stellar working relationship. Then Covid hit. We were put on hold for another year or so, and in total, took 3.5 years to make our way down to Charlotte for good! Chris kept in touch with us all that time and we couldn't have been in better hands. We finally closed in November of 2022 and have made a great friend in the process. We highly recommend Chris' expertise, patience and warm and friendly demeanor to all who need an outstanding realtor in the area. Chris has an outstanding background/knowledge of the North Carolina area and communities we were interested in. He paid close attention to the details throughout the entire build and helped us manage the process from a different state in which we were living. Chris is an outstanding real estate agent; he goes above and beyond for his clients. He truly gives his clients 100% all the time and always makes you feel you are his #1 priority no matter how busy he is. Chris embraces his clients with his friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor and has been a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Chris to my friends or family members for near or future house purchases because I know they would be in good hands and well taken care of!
