About The Gables at Kepley Farm

The Gables at Kepley Farm is an age-restricted community in Salisbury, North Carolina. This active adult community welcomes homebuyers aged 55 and better. Residents have access to private amenities within their very own neighborhood, as well as social activities and events. The community’s location in Rowan County offers plenty of recreation with parks, area golf courses, and lakes.

The Gables at Kepley Farm Amenities

The 4,000 square-foot clubhouse is the main attraction for community activities. The Gables at Kepley Farm’s welcoming clubhouse is a great place to meet neighbors, watch a sporting event on the large-screen TV in the great room, or simply enjoy a cup of coffee by the fireplace. The large hobby and game room is equipped with a catering kitchen, tables, and billiards. There are even a fully stocked library and exercise room.

Outside of the clubhouse, residents can attend neighborhood parties barbeques on the covered veranda or grow vegetables in the community garden.

The Gables at Kepley Farm Homes & Real Estate

Active adult homebuyers can select a new construction or previously owned single-family home that fits their needs. The Gables at Kepley Farm first opened in 2005 and upon completion, they plan to contain 260 homes.

Spencer Lane Construction offers four floor plans from which to choose. These low-maintenance homes are between 1,500 and 1,900 square feet in size with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Every home within The Gables at Kepley Farm features single-level living, designer landscaping, low-maintenance exteriors, and a sunroom.

Homeowners pay a reasonable monthly association fee that allows them to live a carefree lifestyle. This gives them more time to enjoy all of their favorite pastimes and discover new hobbies. Residents of The Gables at Kepley Farm stay up-to-date on clubhouse activities through a community newsletter. The clubhouse hosts a variety of activities including card games, billiards, poker, Po-Ke-No and more. Social activities like a monthly breakfast and potluck dinners offer fun ways to make new friends.

High Rock Lake is a 15,000-acre reservoir on the Yadkin River that includes great boating and fishing opportunities. Cultural attractions include a genealogical library, Piedmont Players Theater, The Salisbury Symphony Orchestra, and The Carolina Renaissance Festival. The Gables at Kepley Farm is centrally located less than an hour’s drive from Greensboro, Lexington, and Charlotte.
