Built between 2005 and 2012, Terra Lago is comprised of 639 new and resale homes. With both attached and single-family homes for sale, homebuyers have a variety of floor plans and sizes to choose from. 

Located in the heart of the sunny Coachella Valley, Terra Lago rests on 356 acres, and it’s adjacent to both the Golf Club at Terra Lago and Shadow Mountain.
