Del Webb plans to build nearly 2,000 homes in the community by the time construction is completed.

Here, residents enjoy an indoor lap pool and a fitness center with a movement studio and a day spa. There’s also a steam room, a sauna, a learning lounge, a library, and a computer center.

Members of the community also enjoy access to a ballroom and stage in the clubhouse, as well as a catering kitchen. Homeowners can also grab a sandwich or a coffee at the Sawgrass Cafe. Furthermore, residents can get creative in the arts and crafts room, sewing studio, and ceramics studio or play games in the card room.

The attached carriage homes come in eight different models that range from 1,438 to 1,868 square feet. These models have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached one-car garage.

Dozens of single-family floor plans are available in five collections. Buyers can choose a home from 1,157 to 2,633 square feet. Standard models have two to four bedrooms, two to four bathrooms, and an attached two to three-car garage. Some homes even have extra garage space for golf carts or motorcycles.
