Indian Spring is popular among homebuyers looking for Boynton Beach real estate because of its extensive amenities and the variety of resale homes available. This 55+ community is gated, and the homeowners’ association (HOA) fee includes security as well as a full-time lifestyle director who is available to plan events, outings, and social activities. Membership to the Indian Spring Country Club grants residents access to two championship golf courses, spas, restaurants, and golf practice facilities.

Housed in secure two-story buildings, the community’s condos offer 1,100 to 1,700 square feet with two to three bedrooms and two full baths. Townhomes and attached villas are 1,200 to 2,500 square feet, and single-family homes start at 1,450 square feet with at least two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Coral Lakes

Coral Lakes is a welcoming and active 55+ community that sits behind a secure gate and an array of fountains and lakes at the neighborhood’s entrance. There are 1,324 homes and tons of amenities, including a 72,000-square-foot clubhouse, an indoor pool with a steam room and sauna, seven card rooms, and a 600-seat theater with a stage. Outside, residents can take advantage of six pools, paddleball courts, shuffleboard courts, and tennis courts. Fitness classes are popular, and residents get together for dinner shows and fishing trips.

Condos, attached villas, and single-family properties are available on a resale basis. There are seven unique collections with more than a dozen models and floor plans.
