One of the features many buyers look for when they’re evaluating homes for sale in Palm Beach County is whether or not that home is in a gated community. Living in a gated community usually means less traffic as well as fewer visits from solicitors and salespeople.
Boynton Beach is one of Southeast Florida’s most populated cities and most desirable locations for a full-time retirement or for part-time snowbirds. The city is close to the water and loaded with golf courses, shopping, and restaurants. Also, a majority of the active adult communities in Boynton Beach have the security that buyers are looking for.
We took a look at the seven most popular 55+ communities in Boynton Beach safely set behind a gate.
