Monmouth County, New Jersey is one of the most sought-after regions in the state for active adults. Its 42 active adult communities vary widely in price, with the most affordable being around $100k and the most expensive hovering over a million.

This well-established community of 341 attached and condo homes have the affordable, low-maintenance lifestyle that 55+ homeowners love. Englishtown is ideally located near historic Monmouth Battlefield State Park, Freehold Mall, and major highways like the Garden State Parkway and Interstate 195.

The cozy condos in Marlboro Greens are sized from 1,080 to 1,332 square feet and come in four floor plans. They have one or more bedrooms, one-and-a-half bathrooms, and a garage space or an assigned parking spot. Some units also have dens. The townhomes also come in four models, ranging from 1,200 to 1,508 square feet. These have two to three bedrooms, two-and-a-half to three baths, and a one-car garage or an assigned parking spot.

The community clubhouse has an exercise room, activity rooms, a library, an outdoor pool, tennis courts, and a playground for the little ones. A reasonable homeowners’ association (HOA) fee covers lawn care and snow removal, giving residents more free time to explore new hobbies.
