This age-restricted community in the sought-after beachside city of Redondo Beach boasts low-maintenance, well-priced homes. Situated two miles from the beach, Breakwater Village is a great choice for active adults seeking coastal luxury at a fair price. With just 191 condo-style homes, this friendly and intimate community offers a neighborly atmosphere and attractive amenities.

Homes at Breakwater Village come in nine condo-style models that range from 782 to 1,336 square feet. These plans feature one to three bedrooms and one or two bathrooms and all units include gated underground parking.

Homebuyers can expect modern designs and contemporary finishes such as granite countertops, gourmet kitchens, stainless steel appliances, and European-style cabinets. A reasonable HOA fee takes care of gated security and common area maintenance, leaving residents more free time to enjoy the nearby beach or the on-site amenities.

The luxurious amenities at Breakwater Village include an outdoor pool, perfect for swimming laps or cooling off on hot days. Near the pool, there’s also a patio and barbecue area as well as paved walking paths. A large community room acts as a gathering space to relax and socialize with neighbors. There is a well-equipped exercise room, billiards table and a catering kitchen for entertaining inside the community room.

Breakwater Village is within walking distance of the South Bay Galleria and Westgate shopping centers, giving residents convenient access to everyday needs. Residents will also enjoy the proximity to beautiful beaches, delicious restaurants, boutique shopping, and miles of hiking trails.
