Opened in 2011, Isabella Village at Savannah is a brand new active adult community specifically designed for residents aged 55+. This exciting new development, built by Nathan Carlisle Homes, will be a part of the larger Savannah master-planned community. This gives its residents the benefit of having access to the amenities in Isabella Village and throughout the Savannah open-age community.

Home Styles

Isabella Village at Savannah is designed to be an intimate community of just 250 single-family homes. Homebuyers can choose new construction homes from among six different floor plans, ranging in size from 1,212 to 2,434 square feet. The smallest of the homes have two bedrooms, while the largest offer three bedrooms and a den. Each home has two full bathrooms and a two-car garage.

New construction floor plans have many available upgrades and options, letting homebuyers semi-customize their homes to meet their own personal preferences. There are optional design additions like bay windows and covered porches. Luxurious upgrades include granite kitchen countertops, oak cabinets, marble bathroom countertops, and ceramic tile entry floors.

Amenities

Having their age-restricted community nestled within a larger open-age community lets residents pursue activities in both environments. Isabella Village is designed to have its own clubhouse, which will be exclusive to its residents. The community will also feature its own outdoor swimming pool, gardens, and an amphitheater. Isabella Village residents will also love the recreations available in the larger Savannah community.

These amenities are centered around Savannah’s 20,000 square-foot clubhouse. This spacious facility houses a two-story fitness center, hobby and game rooms, a conference room, a large ballroom, and a juice bar. Its outdoor recreations include popular amenities including swimming pools, sports courts, walking trails, fishing lakes, and picnic areas. There is even a waterpark and a rollerblading rink.

Around Aubrey and Savannah

Isabella Village at Savannah enjoys a prime location in Aubrey, Texas, just 20 miles from Plano, 35 miles from Dallas, and 40 miles from Fort Worth. This makes it easy for residents to find a diverse mix of attractions, including shopping centers, restaurants, performing arts centers, museums, and much more. This location also puts residents in close proximity to excellent medical care.

Though the larger Savannah community includes approximately 7,000 residences, Isabella Village will be a more intimate enclave where neighbors can easily get to know each other, share their interests and make new friends. This is likely to be an appealing environment for active adults who are interested in the idea of living in a tranquil setting among their peers but also see the benefits of living within a vibrant all-age community.
