The first phase of development at this age-restricted community will include 110 single-family homes, with plans for 500 single-family homes across 285 acres. Luxury Custom Homes

At Parkhaven, active adults can find spacious single-family homes available in 12 floor plans across three collections. Also, homebuyers can customize their home to best suit their needs and preferences. Designed for first-floor living, the floor plans range from 1,396 to 2,813 square feet.

The low-maintenance single-family homes include many of the popular features that active adult homeowners appreciate, such as open concept floor plans, first-floor owner’s suites, and living rooms with fireplaces.
