Valencia Trails will have four home collections, each with three or four models designed as single-story ranch homes. Homes will be priced from the low $400s to the mid $700s. Buyers can select a home that provides enough space for a private swimming pool in the backyard or look for houses that include views of the lakes and natural preserves bordering the 500-acre community.
